Our training packages
The training packages include the following options:
Two Hour Online Training Session for New Office Staff
As part of your annual contract you are entitled to one of these sessions per year.
The session gives you an introduction to your MIS:
- Logging into the MIS for the first time
- Creating/Editing/Viewing Pupil Records
- Creating/Editing/Viewing Staff Records
- Reporting
- Attendance
- Importing/Exporting CTFs
- Statutory Returns, including Statutory Assessments and Census
- Adding Users to Access MIS
We can also provide this session on an ad-hoc basis, if you do not have to have an MIS support contract with us or have already used up your free entitlement.
Online End of Year Support Session - 121 Training
End to end process of the Year End Procedure:
- Creating New Academic Year
- Creating the Pastoral Structure
- Processing of Leavers
- Adding Intake/Admission Groups
- Accepting and Admitting Applications
- Class/ Year Promotion
- Assigning Pupils to Classes
- Printing of Class Lists
We can also provide bespoke training sessions for any specialist subject matter for example; behaviour, advanced reporting or communicating to parents etc.
