ICT Support Packages
ICT Services offer a range of support contracts giving you access to reliable, affordable ICT support. Our extensive knowledge, experience and expertise of working with education establishments have been highly valued and trusted for over 25 years making us the ICT provider of choice for the majority of Norfolk schools and Academies.
The ICT Support Contracts are based on a basic contract of proactive support to maximise the availability and reliability of your systems in school, complemented by a range of enhanced services providing local hands on support in your school to ensure you get the most benefit from your ICT.
We have taken on customer feedback to create a clearer picture of annual support and service options available in 2017-18 and our Customer Relationship team are available to help you determine the best support package to suit your school’s requirements.
Federation, Multi Academy Trusts and Cluster Support
We are happy to tailor our technician service to meet the needs of Federations, Multi Academy Trusts and School Clusters. Please speak to our Customer Relationship team to arrange a bespoke quotation.
Three year contract options now available

Contracts are based on a full year subscription
Schools or academies that leave their ICT Support contract during their contract period or on academy conversion will be liable to full year costs relating to third party elements of the contract – such as licensing and remote back-up services as well as technician costs.
