Internet Filtering Fault
We are currently experiencing a large volume of calls to our Service Desk due to a fault with the school Internet filtering blocking some white listed sites.
We are working with BT to resolve this problem as quickly as possible to resume service, and this fault should be resolved by lunchtime today (Thursday 4th September).
As a result of this fault our Service Desk is currently receiving high volumes of calls, and we apologise for this inconvenience.
Please be aware that the Service Desk can also be contacted by logging a call via our website or by emailing email@example.com.
